Refund policy

All Sales are Final at The Lux NY. We have a no return policy and we do not allow exchanges under any circumstances. The Lux NY is a consignment shop, meaning that many of the items that are being sold in store and online are provided by independent owners. Once an item is sold whether that be in store or online the owner of the item receives immediate payment for their consignment merchandise. Because of these policies THE LUX NY is unable to process returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  NO SALES SHALL BE PROCESSED WITHOUT A VALID UNEXPIRED PHOTO ID. ALL CREDIT CARD SALES MUST HAVE A NAME ON IT THAT MATCHES SUCH ID.
